Is there any support??

HI,

I try tog et support since more then 2 weeks.

We want to use Mobincube for our company app and the functions look nice - but without support its useless and we will have to move on.

Is there any real support in this app?

I set up 2 requests (I think not complicated ones) and get no response in weeks (paid account)!

  Agree. The support / service is appalling !!! You will not receive an answer to questions or only after a very long time. Also if you report a problem, like me, related to tables / database. I don't even dare to consider a paid account if this continues. If the quality of technology with regard to the app builder is the same as that of support, then I see it very gloomy!

   

  De acuerdo. El soporte / servicio es espantoso !!! No recibirá una respuesta a las preguntas o solo después de mucho tiempo. Además, si informa un problema, como yo, relacionado con tablas / base de datos. Ni siquiera me atrevo a considerar una cuenta paga si esto continúa. Si la calidad de la tecnología con respecto al creador de aplicaciones es la misma que la del soporte, ¡lo veo muy sombrío!

  Same here. I have so many open topics. I cant imagine how i would feel if i had paid a more expensive subscription plan. The support is nonexistent!! I thing that this company is owned by 2 or 3 people that are trying to do something that it takes 100 people or so.
