App does not start in Demo Mode

My app behaves normally in demo mode (request, processing) until it get to the open stage and says "open".  After tapping open, the app is in a perpetual loading mode as the circular motion indicator continues to revolve but the app never opens.

  My app does the same thing too, only mine crashes immediately after thr load screen.
