I am sending a support ticket but you are not accepting it. I am not receiving any answer just this email. Please see below. Remember I am a paying customer, I deserve to be answered with the questions I want to ask by sending the support ticket, please do not reject the support ticket request.

Thanks for contacting our Technical Support team.
I must inform you that the ticketing system service it's only included in our premium subscription tiers. You will need at least a standard account to be able to open a ticket.
You can write any question or issue you find in the platform in our forums here: http://support.mobincube.com/hc/es/community/topics and our team will answer you pretty fast (or even other users). Remember that the forum account is different than the mobincube account.
If you are already a premium user and you still received this notification, be sure that you are writting us from the e-mail address you registered in mobincube.

That is what I receive, and it clearly states that I just need a standard membership to send and view for my support tickets and as I said, I am a standard member not free.
